:plusbutton: Can I choose any name?

  • Mostly, but you still need to follow our rules. The name must be from 6 to 25 characters long. It may not include special characters (!,#, %, etc.). Only letters, numbers, and spaces are allowed. 

:plusbutton: What if someone chooses an offensive name?

  • Our offensive name filter should catch it.

:plusbutton: What if an offensive name still makes it past the filter?

  • Please report the name to Customer Support, and we'll take care of it. Click "Submit a Request" at the top of this page.

:plusbutton: How much do name changes cost?

  • The first change is Free! Further changes will cost 500 Gems each.

:plusbutton: How often can I change my name?

  • Name changes are limited to one every 30 days.
