The Rumble's 6th match, starting at 11pm Pacific, failed to complete due to a database error. We are looking into the issue now and will report on the specifics when we learn more.
We are leaving this match empty for the remainder of this match. The event will start again on the next standard matchmaking period, at 11am Pacific. This empty match will not be scored. We do not want to release a fix now, and run a partial match period that only lasts a few hours. Instead, we will be extending the Rumble event by one match (12 hours). The Rumble will now end on Tuesday at 11pm Pacific. The total number of matches in this Rumble will be the same as originally planned.
We are working on both a permanent fix and additional tools to automatically re-run matchmaking if similar error occurs during our "off" hours, as well as improving our automated monitoring tools to alert us instantly if an issue like this occurs again. We expect to have these ready by the next Rumble event.
