You will need to contact our support so they can investigate the missing purchase further. You can contact support either by clicking the above link, submitting a ticket at the top of this Help Center, or by clicking the K icon () in the game and navigating to the support section of the Kong panel.
The Help Center can also be accessed via the K icon () support panel's FAQ section.
Please include your player ID (Found by clicking on your username.) and attach a receipt of the app store purchase.
Once the purchase is verified it will be added to your account.
