Some Android users are unable to update and receive the message "incompatible device" in the Google Play store. Some troubleshooting:
- Check for and download any device software updates
- Uninstall Throwdown
- Delete Google Play Services Cache
(Go to settings > applications (or application manager) and clear the cache and downloads for Google Play Services)
- Restart your device
- Reinstall Throwdown
We will continue to investigate on our end, but there is a known issue within Google Play affecting several other games/apps and you may need to play on another device, through browser, or Steam in the meantime.
