Mythics are the fifth card rarity in Animation Throwdown and are the rarest cards to craft. Mythic cards can be found in the deck menu under 'Mythics'.
The only way to obtain a Mythic card is to collect 250 Mythic Fragments of that specific card.
Mythic cards do not fuse: they are upgraded by collecting more fragments for that specific Mythic. Because you do not need to fuse these cards, you can only collect 1 copy of each Mythic card.
Once a Mythic card has been created, it can be found in your normal card inventory.
There are three items involved with Mythics:
ITEM |
DESCRIPTION |
SUPER MYTHIC (CHARACTER) STONES What: Combine 1000 Super Mythic Stones to create 250 Mythic Fragments for ANY random Mythic Character in the game. The player will be given 3 options to choose from before receiving their fragments. Where: Super Mythic Stones can be earned as event rewards and purchased from the shop. |
|
MYTHIC OBJECT STONES What: Combine 1000 Mythic Object Stones to create 250 Fragments for a Mythic Object card. The player will be given 3 options to choose from before receiving their fragments. Where: Mythic Object stones are gained through limited events and shop offers. |
|
MYTHIC FRAGMENTS What: Used to craft a new Mythic or upgrade one that you already own. The Fragments are specific to a card (Example: you get Peter fragments, they can only be used to make/create a Mythic Peter). Where: Mythic Fragments are gained by combining 1000 Mythic Stones. Combining will always create 250 Fragments of the same mythic. Notes: It also costs coins to craft/upgrade a mythic. Details below. |

CREATING and UPGRADING MYTHICS
To create a Mythic you don't already have, you will need 250 Mythic Fragments for that specific Mythic. Use Super Mythic Stones or Mythic Object Stones to obtain these fragments. See the information above for more detail.
If you wish to upgrade a Mythic, you will need to collect more fragments for that Mythic. Mythics do not fuse and you can only hold one copy of each.
The frames of a Mythic card do upgrade in appearance, though, similarly to when dual or quad fusing non-mythic cards.
