Bug Fixes:
- Corrected the rotation time for The Golden Pack to the correct date of 9/14/17.
- Updated Guild Sieges so that players can no longer leave, kick, or join a guild after matchmaking has occurred to prevent guilds from facing an empty, disbanded guild.
