Hello Community!
I am here to announce a few things! Some of these updates are coming sooner than others, so keep an eye out for future announcements and details.
Watts Increase
In a previous update, we announced that there will be an update to Watts availability. Here is the updates going live today:
- +50 Watts in every Challenge Crate (We are also looking into additional future Challenge Crate updates)
- 30 Watts for completing Daily Quests
- Doubled Watts earned in every main quest that had them.
- Dropped Instant Watt upgrade cost from 4 Gems/Watt to 2 Gem/Watt
There will also be a double Watts weekend coming up where you will receive double the amount of Watts when you recycle cards! Keep an eye out!
Due to some player feedback and internal comments we've updated the Watts event. Instead there will be a weekend event coming up where you will receive additional Watts for playing Adventure. Keep an eye out!
Adventure Update
Adventure is gaining a big update. As part of our effort to increase deck diversity and balance the meta, we are changing the way Adventure works. This update will not go into effect for a few weeks.
When the update is released, the rewards for fighting bosses in Adventure Chapters will become guaranteed drops and will no longer have a drop chance pool. When a player completes a part of a Chapter, they will receive the card in the prize pool (guaranteed) and will no longer be able to obtain the card again.
After players have mastered a boss the prize pool will update and become grindable with drops like Stones.
For those that have already fully completed various Chapters, the cards will be rewarded automatically.
In addition to these updates, five more islands* will be released.
New Skills
Hijack, Bodyguard, and Give are our newest skills! Coming soon in an upcoming update here is the description for each new skill:
Hijack: Negates the first {x} points of attack increase put on the card across from this card each turn, and temporarily gives this card the negated attack value.
Bodyguard: Block {x} amount of damage from skills to this card and adjacent cards passively. Uses the highest Bodyguard available.
Give: Give a random card {y} skill with {x} value. For example: Give a random card Punch 5.
Mailbox and QoL updates
An in game mailbox is coming! Right now, it will only be 'client to user' (from the devs to you), but this feature may expand in the future. The mailbox will allow us to send announcements, items, and will eventually (with more tinkering) limit the time needed for Rumble reward claim periods.
